BIXOLON informed us on the 11^th of February 2022 that they will implement a price increase of 5% on the entire hardware range effective on midnight that same day. Some spare parts are not affected by this price increase.

Here is a breakdown of the relevant information for you:
• All of our existing offers on BIXOLON hardware will lose their validity retroactively on the 11^th of February 2022 and will be recalculated according to the new price list starting on that date.
• All orders processed from the 11^th of February 2022 onwards will be charged at the new price.
• Your confirmed orders prior to the 11^th of February 2022 are not affected by the price increase. They will not be recalculated, and the applicable price prior to the 11^th of February 2022 remains valid.
• All of your projects retain their validity until their expiration date. In case a project’s expiration date has already passed, please contact your sales representative.

We have harshly criticized this procedure to BIXOLON. However, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a better arrangement without the cooperation of the vendor itself.
