The WR30 is a wearable ring scanner from CipherLab designed specifically to meet the needs of warehouse and manufacturing environments where hands-free scanning is required to simplify workflow and increase productivity. Weighing only 59 g (with battery), it is ergonomic, flexible with multiple wearing options (two-handed holder, ring holder, retractable wrist strap) and rugged to withstand harsh working environments.
With its integrated SE4770/SE5500 scan engine, the WR30 scans small and large product labels from up to 14 metres away, picking slips or barcodes on pallets and shelves from a forklift truck. A buzzer, an LED and a vibration indicator provide a clear read confirmation after a successful scan. A 600 mAh battery, which is easy to remove and replace, ensures long operating times of up to 8 hours. The scanner also supports Bluetooth Low Energy 5.3 for a stable wireless connection with Bluetooth-enabled devices and NFC for fast pairing and secure data transfer.
