Description
The PEX-1000 Series from TSC consists of extremely fast, high-quality label printers. They are ideally suited for users in warehouses, logistics and healthcare who really want to step on the gas, and also wish to speed up their label printing work processes long-term.
The PEX-1000 Series is a great example of state-of-the-art printing technology which is as reliable as it is user-friendly. The print modules are equipped with housing made of robust metal die castings. They are intuitively operable via their 3.5'' colour display and are integrated into new (and existing) systems in the blink of an eye.
Even when printing very small, the PEX-1000 Series stands for fast printing. The label printers precisely create the smallest labels of 5 mm, and at an incredible speed of up to 475 mm/sec. All the models feature RS-232 and Ethernet ports, are programmable (thanks to GPIO) and have a front USB 2.0 port that allows users to easily install label printing or firmware updates. Optionally, Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11a/b/g/n are available.
Multiple sensors ensure for good performance and precise printing, among others an adjustable sensor for label gaps, and one for reflecting marks (black mark). They are also equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor, 512 MB of Flash memory and 512 MB SDRAM. Plus, the printers have a microSD Flash memory card slot for a Flash expansion up to 32 GB.
The design of the PEX-1000 label printers also servers to support high user-friendliness. The USB host is located on the front of the device, making the display of layouts or a Firmware via a USB stick, or the input of external data via a USB keyboard, easier. On the rear you will find a practical drawer for quick access to the parts requiring maintenance.
