The OMNIKEY 5025 CL from HID is a versatile PC-connected smart card reader that provides read and write access to contactless tags and smart cards. With its 125 kHz proximity technology and compact dimensions of just 59 x 59 x 11.4 mm, it fits perfectly into a variety of environments – from hospitals and other healthcare facilities to offices, production sites and prestigious areas.
The native CCID implementation of the OMNIKEY 5025 CL supports Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems. No additional drivers need to be installed, making it easy to integrate into existing systems. An optional accessories package is available with different colours and a card holder for applications where the card must be visible. Mounting accessories such as adhesive plates and mounting screws extend the use possibilities of the compact reader beyond the desktop.
